The name is different.
More than likely the 9831 is the “enhanced” version of the 9731…..One extra feature that you’ll never use…..
So, select the TV YOU have the money for…..
Don’t worry about whether or not the Pip “POP”s…..you’ll use it once or twice a year at most….
Unless of course, you like pushing the POP button to death…..
