LCD HDTV Buy Now

We have had our TV for about 15 months now. When we are watching tv it all of the sudden started powering off for about 15-20secs and the green power light just keeps flashing. It kicks back on after the 15-20secs. Can anyone give us advice on what this might be? Just today we saw the lamp blink red on the front of the tv. Is this a lamp problem?! Any help would be wonderful!!!

I have a 6600GT card and I am trying to hook it up to a Panasonic 52″ LCD projection tv (PT-52LCX66). I have the latest drivers for my video card.

I am currently trying to use the VGA connection. The output is smaller than the screen and it is very, very off-centered. It would need to be lowered a lot and then pushed to the right to be centered in the tv.

When watching tv, the whole screen is filled, right up to the plasitc screen. Even when you are just booting up, the POST screen fits the screen like it shoot. As soon as it gets to loading Windows, things go wrong.

The resolution of the tv is 1280×720. I put it at that resolution and there is black all the way around the picture. The bottom has the most space. I went through the tv’s built in picture adjustments, but I couldn’t lower it far enough, and no where could I make it bigger to take the whole screen. I’m thinking it’s some type of setting in my software.

I purchased an LCD tv about 6 months ago, now thanks to my 3 year old girl it has a scratch down the middle of the screen. It isn’t to visible whilst watching the tv but knowing its there riles me. Is it possible to have the screen replaced, from what i can tell it is a plastic cover (not glass) that actually moves slightly when you push it. The tv is a panasonic if it is of any help.

The bottom right hand corner of my Sony LCD TV (Bravia) cracked suddenly while I was watching TV. The display was distorted from the bottom right hand corner to the top. Actually I wonder if this could be repaired afterall.

I recently bought a 32″ lcd tv for the living room. Despite constant reminders to my girlfriend to keep our 3 year old away from it, I returned home from work this evening to find a 6″ scratch right down the middle of the screen. Apparently it got there all by itself. Can anyone help me in getting rid of this. Its not really noticeable when watching tv but it still bugs me. So if anyone has any remedies or can point me in the direction of a company that specialises in this in the Hull area, please help. Cheers.

i was watching tv this morning, took a nap and when i woke up i turned on my tv and the screen is white. i can hear the audio but all i see is a white screen on every imput
