Yes, it is an LCD projection.

LCD’s don’t have replaceable lamps(cost effective). Is it a LCD Projection? Every model we have sold will normally just go all the way out and occasionally get dim/dark then go out, but not fuzzy or grainy. Is your tv a plasma? Most Panasonic’s are plasmas. If it is a plasma, then it’s fried. Hopefully you have LCD projection and $225 lamp will take care of problem.
