I Have A Sharp Hdtv It Is 720p, Will A Blu Ray 1080p Player Work On It?

now that hd dvd is dead i have no choice but to buy a blu ray player though i do not see a 720p blu player anywhere…will the 1080 ones work with my tv ???

You can SET the Blu-Ray to output 720 or 1080i or 1080P…..
So with your TV set….set it to 720.
And yes, your TV set can take 1080i signals and process them, so you can use 1080 with no problems whatsoever…..
Yes i think so but i think it will only be 720p since that is what your tv has.
