I think the input is Input 4 or 5, I can’t remember the exact one I am using component cables on my Sharp, and they work great. That is input one. Try using your a/v cables that came w/ your PS3 first and see if you are getting a picture. Make sure it is set to 480i w/ th a/v cable connected. Then switch you cable to the HDMI, and find the input that it is working on. Once you see your picture displaying, go back to the setting and select 720p and 1080i, and turn off the 480i display.
