How Can I Change My Screen Mode On My Sharp Hdtv. It Is Stuck In Stretch Mode, And There Are No Other Options?

I use the remote that came with the TV and when i hit the view mode button, it only comes up with stretch mode. Usually i have it in the normal mode where everything fits perfectly.
