Connecting PC to LG Scarlett LCD TV? Please Answer those who have already connected or know it properly?

PC is having S-Video,DVI and RGB output, LCD is having S-Video,HDMI and RGB input ports.
Which is the best way to connect the PC to LCD TV:
1)DVI to HDMI cable.
2)DVI to VGA(RGB) cable.
3)RGB to RGB cable.
I tried with S-Video but i was unable to get a proper resolution.
